Two years ago, I got a bad cold and vomited badly. It continued for days until I checked into the hospital and given drips, which made me better. However, since then, I am more prone to getting close to vomiting if I drink too much liquid on an empty stomach or fast cardio or weights. Earlier, I could drink cups of coffee and make fast sprints without any problem. I have taken Metonia, which helps empty the stomach but only gives short term relief. What could be the problem?

I am 21 year old. I am taking tablet Cymbalta 60 mg and tablet Citalopram 10 mg daily for depression and anxiety. Recently, I got a blood test for vitamin B12 and the results turned out to be pretty high at 1344 pg/mL. I am aware that the normal range of vitamin B12 is 200-900 pg/mL. My vitamin B12 is significantly above 900. What does it mean? Should I be worried about the same? Please help.

I am having dry skin patches on my skin. They started about four weeks ago, and I first noticed them in my groin area. They are just dry, and they do not hurt or itch. Two weeks ago, I went to a doctor and he suggested it could be Pityriasis versicolor or psoriasiform eczema. He prescribed Diflucan I have been using them ever since, but the condition has spread all over my body especially on my hands, groin, thighs, and upper back areas. Please suggest what to do

I recently had some tests and result shows Vitamin B12 was over 2000 ng/ml. I do not take any b12 or multivitamins. Globulin was 1.8 g/dl. Albumin/globulin ratio 2.7 range was 1.0 to 2.5. AST 41 u/l ref range was 10 to 40. ALT 83 u/l ref range 9 to 46. Hemoglobin 17.4 g/dl ref range from 13.2 to 17.1. Is this a serious sign of something wrong? I have noticed. I do not feel that great these days. My doctor has put me into getting an ultrasound on my abdomen.
